The casting structure has undergone machine tool dynamics analysis and finite element analysis to make its geometric structure more reasonable. The proper matching of the reinforcing ribs ensures the high rigidity of the foundation. The wide and solid machine base, the box-shaped cavity "her"-shaped column, the widened and lengthened saddle, and the design of full load support. 2. High-rigidity, high-precision spindle: Taiwan KENTURN spindle BT40-150mm is adopted.
(1) The spindle motor adopts high-precision synchronous belt transmission, which can greatly reduce transmission noise and heat generation.
(2) The spindle adopts precision-grade Japanese NSK bearings, high-speed, high-precision, and the maximum speed can reach 8000r/min.

3. It adopts C3 grade high precision and high strength ball screw from Taiwan. Imported high-precision lock nuts are used. 4. The X-axis adopts two 35mm roller heavy-duty strong linear guideway, and the four-slide design structure can double the contact area between the linear guideway and the slide, and the worktable adopts a composite worktable, which can increase the strength of the worktable. , and can minimize the interference of the fixing bolts of the sliding seat on the accuracy of the table.
