Model features

45 °tilting bed integral structure, with optimum machining stability andsmooth chip discharge;

Integrated assembly spindle with high-rigidity bearing structure to ensureaxial and radial forces;
The bed is integrally made from HT300 castings, which provide greatershock-proof damping and reduced deflection, and the machine tablefeatures with durability and outstanding performance.
The X and Z axes have a wide hard-track slide with a rapid feed rate up to20 m/min, and are subject to the hardening and precision grindingtreatment. A visual multi-point centralized lubrication system is used with aunique hard-track scraper assembly process and a vibration-absorbingfunction, which reduces tool wear and improves workpiece quality.
Manually scrapped: All contact surfaces of the slide, spindle table, turret,tailstock and ball-bearing screw structure as well as the base aremanually-scrapped to realize excellent assembly accuracy, structuralrigidity and load balance.
