The TH-100 horizontal machining center is made of high grade Meehaner cast iron and box structure design, which is properly annealed to eliminate the internal stress, and the material is tough, and the box structure design makes the machine have enough rigidity and strength, and the whole machine shows the characteristics of heavy cutting ability and high reproduction accuracy, without generating subversive torque throughout.

Product Features:
+The whole machine adopts the pressurized centralized timing and quantitative lubrication system for the guide rail and screw, and adopts the advanced pressurized metering parts in the oil circuit for oil quantity control; it can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply quantity for each lubrication point, and realize the automatic centralized lubrication through the control of electrical system.
+Castings processing adopts high-precision five-sided gantry processing, which can complete five-sided singijeon, drilling, tapping, etc. with only one clamping; it reduces clamping errors and improves processing accuracy.
+The machine adopts Taiwan's high precision spindle assembly, the speed can reach 6000rpm, and it is equipped with spindle air curtain device to ensure the stability of spindle accuracy and increase the life time. The rotary table can be equipped with 1.x360° or 0.001°.
+ The whole machine adopts imported heavy-duty high-precision roller guide, which can withstand large load cutting and has good stability; the Z-axis, as the cutting axis, is equipped with 65 roller heavy-duty guide to ensure the stability of machining, which can meet the needs of different machining conditions.
+ X/Z axis adopts φ63 grinding C3 grade high precision large thrust screw, with groups of imported angular contact bearings, double side support and pre-stretching to ensure transmission accuracy.
