XH716D/XH717D Main features:

           X,Y axes adopt two heavy duty linear guideways, Z axis rectangular guideway.

           Z axis nitrogen balancing system.

           Headstock with low & high speed auto. changing.suitable for low speed heavy duty cutting and high speed finish cutting.

XH715D Main features:

Spindle with high and low speed automatic shift, both for low-speed heavy cutting and high-speed finish machining, also with strong drilling and milling capacity.

X/Y/Z three-way feeding guideways are rectangular sliding guideways, hardened grinding guideways and plastic guideways match, excellent load capacity, cood anti-vibration.

Machining capacity: 50mm drilling diameter on the tensile strength 6 b = 500 ~ 600Mpa steel, milling capacity of 45cm3 / min.

Has rigid tapping function, M32mm tapping diameter
 

Gearhead structure • High speed & high rigidity machine body. • Spindle box of machining center is gearbox structure, high and low speed shift control by pneumatic. • Can cutting at high speed and high torque. • Bevel ball bearing.
