Structural analysis has been camied out to optimize the structure ofthe main units and to maintain the dynamic stiffness of the bed evenduring heavy cutting processing by reducing the machine height.Robustly constructed bed made of integrally high-strength HT300cast iron.Medium-frequency hardened rectangular guideways(52-54°),precision grinding in one clamping, special wear plates anthe side, precision fit by manual scraping, bearing blocks and motorblocks are scraped and fush-mounted. Furthermore, the YH-500Hand YH-750H series have a 30° inclined bed, which significantlyimproves their machining stability and accuracy retention.
